We will return or exchange only regular stock items. For health reasons, any used products will not be accepted as an exchange or return to prevent contaminated merchandise. We will only exchange hair extension products if the bundle is unused and remains untied, and in new condition for a replacement item.
- Your item must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and return / exchange form (see below)
- All returns / exchanges must be accompanied with an RMA # from one of our associates within 15 days of date of invoice.
- All items sent to us for return / exchange must pass restock inspection. We will only accept returns in the original and unaltered packaging.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted on any products that have been used
- Shipping, handling and insurance costs will be at the customer's expense.
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns
- All closeout / specials are FINAL SALE.
How to Exchange or Return:
Repackage your item(s) along with the completed Exchange Request Form, and mail it to the address on the form within 15 days of date of invoice. It is also advised that you purchase shipping insurance and delivery confirmation service to ensure safe delivery of your merchandise. We assume no responsibility for lost shipments. We will not reimburse your cost to send an exchanged item back to us except in the case of shipment in error. We will gladly exchange or issue a full refund for any item(s) shipped in error. Any orders attempting a return / exchange without the correct form and RMA # will not qualify for a return / exchange.

PRODUCTS EXEMPT FROM RETURN / EXCHANGE:
Items that cannot be exchanged include: Closeout / sale items, discontinued items, hair care products, accessories, liquids or and any opened or altered packages of hair.
If a back order occurs on your item(s), you will be placed on a priority wait list. We will promptly ship item(s) upon arrival. In addition we will inform and update you by email with the estimated arrival date.
