We at Hair Shop USA pride ourselves with our customer service and satisfication. In the rare instance that you may feel dissatisfied with our products and need to request an exchange please refer to our policies below.


SHIPPING:  Please note, we do not guarantee any delivery time on any orders. 

The time it takes to receive items includes Processing + Shipping Transit time. For example, choosing a Overnight Shipping service does not guarantee you will receive it the day after you place your order.

All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 2 business days or sooner.

International orders and orders shipped to an air force base are not guaranteed are typically longer then stated transite times. Please check with www.usps.com for shipping/delivery times according to your zip code.

We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for any International deliveries.

We  do not  not Ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.  After successfully completing an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking information.

For the cardholder's protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a differing shipping address cannot be verified.

Please note: we cannot ship via a traceable method to any post office boxes. Delivery time cannot be guaranteed nor can the package be tracked. We encourage all deliveries be made to a physical address so packages can be tracked.



CANCELLATION FEES: | to the top

For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation after 24 hours of placing order; there will be a 20% cancellation fee charged. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

 

ERRORS/DELAYS: Mistakes and delays sometimes occur and we will do our best to correct them. In the rare instance a shipment has been lost, or delayed (due to weather and other factors) please contact customer service within 3 business days of the date of the estimated delivery date and a claim will be filed with the responsible carrier. Please order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays.




COLOR MATCH: Color charts and swatch pictures can be used as a guide only as the color quality may vary depending on your monitor's resolution. For the best color match it is best to purchase a color ring. Only certain colors are available for each item; therefore, always check the item's color availability. Keep in mind, when dealing with 100% real human hair, colors may vary slightly from batch to batch.

 


RETURN POLICY: We will return or exchange only regular stock items. For health reasons, any used products will not be accepted as an exchange or return to prevent contaminated merchandise. We will only exchange hair extension products if the bundle is unused and remains untied, and in new condition for a replacement item.  We do not accept refunds on hair extensions

• Your item must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.

• All returns / exchanges must be accompanied with an RMA # from one of our associates within 15 days of date of invoice

• All items sent to us for return / exchange must pass restock inspection. We will only accept returns in the original and unaltered packaging.

• Shipping, handling and insurance costs will be at the customer's expense.

 

How to Exchange or Return | to the top

 

Reackage your item(s) along with the completed  Exchange Request Form, and mail it to the address on the form within 15 days of date of invoice.  It is also advised that you purchase shipping insurance and delivery confirmation service to ensure safe delivery of your merchandise. We assume no responsibility for lost shipments. We will not reimburse your cost to send an exchanged item back to us except in the case of shipment in error. We will gladly exchange or issue a full refund for any item(s) shipped in error.

PRODUCTS EXEMPT FROM RETURN / EXCHANGE:

  Items that cannot be exchanged include: Clearance, discontinued items, hair care products,accessories, liquids or and any opened or altered packages of hair.

 

 

Backorders | to the top

If a backorder occurs on your item(s), you will be placed on a priority waitlist. We will promptly ship item(s) upon arrival. In addition we will inform and update you by email with the estimated arrival date. If backordered item(s) are not received in a reasonable length of time, please contact us at 866.933.7775 or email info@hairshopusa.com

 

 


 

Changes to Order | to the top

A fee of $5.00 will automatically be charged for any changes or modifications you request to your order after the order is placed. This includes item, color, payment, shipping, or coupon redemption changes. Requests for changes to orders will be accepted up to 9AM (EST) the following business day.

Please note, the image shown on the website may be slightly different than the actual items since the packaging could have been changed or upgdated by the mfg. We are not obligated to accept the returns on these items.

 


 

LIMITED LIABILITY: 

By accepting the terms & conditions herein, you, the consumer, hereby acknowledge and represent to Hair Shop USA that you have the knowledge, experience, and/or license in cosmetology to use the products so the health and safety of the intended recipients is not jeopardized.

Hair Extensions sold on Hair Shop USA is solely intended for the use by licensed cosmetologists.  The use of our products by unlicensed  cosmetologists is PROHIBITED by Hair Shop USA.  BE WARNED the improper use, removal or installation of Hair Extensions can cause damage. Hair  Shop USA shall be released and held harmless from any liability from the use of its product contrary to the foregoing terms and conditions.

 

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ON REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

 

 

IMPORTANT FEDERAL LAW: Due to important federal laws and health regulations, we adhere to a strict policy with regards to exchanging merchandise. All items sent to us for exchange will be inspected thoroughly. IF THE ITEM IS REMOVED FROM THE BUNDLE AND USED IN ANY VISIBLE MANNER, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY EXCHANGES for the merchandise. This includes combing, brushing, washing, dying, curling, braiding, spraying, wearing, etc. If such an item is returned to us, the item will be held for 10 days pending the product inspection and payment of shipping charges to have it returned to them.
